You are responsible for:

All activity under your account; and
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
AIDE is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
5. Payments and Billing
5.1 Subscription Fees:
Our services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing to your chosen payment method.
5.2 Usage Fees:
Additional fees may apply for usage-based services, such as:

Voice minutes
AI review replies
Exact rates are outlined in your Service Agreement or billing dashboard.
5.3 Late Payments:
If payment fails, AIDE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access until outstanding balances are paid.
5.4 Price Changes:
AIDE may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
6. Cancellations and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
AIDE reserves the right to:
Terminate or suspend an account for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services; or
Modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use AIDE’s services for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity;
Impersonate another person or business;
Upload or share malicious code or data;
Access or attempt to reverse engineer AIDE’s systems;
Use automation to abuse or overload our platform.
Violation of this policy may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AIDE’s services for your business purposes only.

10. Service Availability and Maintenance
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Occasional maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
AIDE will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance when possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AIDE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
AIDE’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding month.
AIDE is not responsible for losses due to third-party integrations, internet connectivity, or client misconfiguration.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIDE, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
13. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party applications (e.g., Google, Facebook, WhatsApp).
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
AIDE is not responsible for actions or data handling by third-party platforms.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or laws.

Continued use of AIDE after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
